Treva Electronics Inc. (“Treva”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit Treva or place an order, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect the details you give us when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us: your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address and order history. When you pay, the payment provider processes your card or wallet details; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, device type and the pages you view, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds
• To answer your questions and provide customer support
• To send order updates and, with your consent, marketing e-mails you can cancel at any time
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
• To understand how the store is used and improve it

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your basket and your login working. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the footer.

Sharing your data

We share data only with the companies that help us run the store: payment providers, delivery carriers, e-mail and analytics services and our hosting provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict how we use it, or to withdraw consent for marketing. You can delete your account yourself from your account page. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes (normally seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted when you close your account.
