30-day returns

Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Start a return from your account and print the free label.

2-year warranty

Every product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty plus our own 2-year Treva warranty. If it develops a fault, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3 working days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.

What we can't take back

Opened software, gift cards and personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.
