Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on Treva, operated by Treva Electronics Inc.. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation e-mail. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was published in error, in which case we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed (or, for cash on delivery and bank transfer, when the payment is received). Orders paid by bank transfer are held for 3 days while we wait for the payment.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged.

Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. See our shipping and returns page for details and for the items that cannot be returned. Statutory rights are not affected.

Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Sizes and specifications are given as a guide.

Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of a breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
